That's not just ONE card this company offers for you to send to your loved one. They have a whole series of cow-shit related love-cards. Did the implied meaning of "bullshit" just totally escape them, or what?

I work fraud for a major credit card company. One of my tasks is to review new merchants to verify their business model to make sure they're not doing anything illegal; most businesses have an online presence.

Yup. We get lots of weird merchants.
